At Causeway Marine, We Believe in Making A Difference in NJ Boating Communities Where We Boat, Live and Work.
We Are Excited to Announce that through our “Boats and Hopes” Community Initiative, Causeway Marine will Donate $3,000 on Giving Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024 To (1) New Jersey-based and Operating Charity that Our Boating Community Nominates*.
HOW TO NOMINATE:
- Follow our Facebook HERE
- Like our Featured “Boats and Hopes” Post.
- Tag Your Charity in the Comments (ex. @charity Facebook name)
- Get Others Involved by Sharing our Post with Your Followers and Encouraging Them to Follow/Tag and Share.
The Charity that receives the most tags in our Facebook post will receive our $3,000.00 Donation.
*Official Rules:
Nomination period is 5/3/2024 thru 11/3/2024. Charity nominated must be a NJ based charity benefiting New Jersey, USA Communities ONLY. Charities of a solely political
or religious affiliation may be not considered unless it can be proven that they operate as a 501c3 or 501c and their mission supports the community at large (ex. food banks, supply drives, shelters). Charity must have an active Facebook page to be nominated.
Causeway Marine through an independent panel, will select only (1) charity recipient from the top 5 organization nominations based on the total # of Facebook tags received for each organization. Un-tagged mentions will not be considered. Final selection is at the sole discretion of Causeway Marine. All donations made by Causeway Marine. This charitable donation is not supported or endorsed
in any way by Cobalt Boats, Edgewater Boats, Manitou Pontoon Boats or Crest Pontoon Boats or any other Causeway Marine authorized OEM or industry partners.
Causeway Marine “Fill the Boat” Events
During the holidays, Causeway Marine will host “Fill the Boat” events during which we invite people to come into the store and help fill a boat with needed items. Sometimes it is a food drive, a school supply drive benefiting New Jersey schools, a pet supply drive benefiting New Jersey pet shelters, or a gift drive for Southern New Jersey families in need during the Holidays.

Stafford Township Volunteer Fire Company
The Manahawkin Volunteer Fire Company was formed in 1922. They changed their name to Stafford Township Volunteer Fire Company No .1 in 1936. The Stafford Township Volunteer Fire Company #1 is currently 100% volunteer.
Surf City Yacht Club
Established in 1894, SCYC’s mission is to promote youth and adult sailing and other watersports, fun, fellowship and service, while being good stewards of our traditions, facilities and surrounding waters.
Beach Haven Marlin and Tuna Club
The Beach Haven Marlin & Tuna Club has over 300 active members. This club was founded on the Friendship and Comradery of people with a common goal – the promotion, education, and advancement of the sport of fishing. They offer exclusive club tournaments for all members, including children under the age of 21.
