• Engine durability and longevity are directly impacted by the quality of the cooling system. Crusader uses a modular water pump and a full freshwater system to cool both the engine block and the manifolds. Our larger diameter impeller, which is easily serviced, allows for more coolant flow.

• Crusaders No-Vibe mounting system offers the highest degree of adjust-ability in the industry. Larger, more robust and extremely heavy-duty, Crusaders mounts ensure continuing perfect shaft alignment for years.

• Sooner or later, however, the engine will have to be realigned as part of routine maintenance. The adjustable components of Crusaders mounts are easy to realign because they are made of non-corrosive state-of-the-art composite materials, rather than plated steel which is subject to rust and galvanic corrosion.

• The mounting system must be able to dampen and absorb vibration to keep it from being transferred to the hull through the stringer system. Crusader uses large rubber isolators to better isolate the vibration.
