2014 Ascend FS12T

Ascend FS12T Sit-on-Top Kayak has been redesigned in 2013 with the kayak fisherman in mind. Featuring more creature comforts and fishing accessories on the inside and a faster, sleeker hull. The FS12T was born to catch fish.

The Ascend FS12T Sit-on-Top Kayak features a newly designed and stabilized hull. This hull combined with the newly crafted comforts of the FS12T interior, make it easy to spend the entire day kayak fishing.

The #1 goal for a kayak fisherman is catching fish. To catch fish you need to be able to get to your fishing spots as quickly as possible. The newly re-designed hull on the FS12T Kayak allows for better tracking, maneuverability, speed, and minimizing paddling effort.

Ascend has redesigned the cockpit area as well. Knowing full well you need everything to be within an arms reach of your seat we have added cupholders, tackle-box areas, rod holders, dry storage for cellphones, and paddle leashes. AS well as increased seat padding and bumpers on kayak sides to prevent injuries and reduce cockpit noise. Another nice feature of the Ascend Kayak FS12T is the built-in side-mount rod holders which allow you to store an additional two rod/reels while transporting or paddling your kayak to your spot.

Also included is a 360 degree front-mounted rod holder. This rod holder adjusts left/right and up/down to ensure the ideal angle for your fishing setup.

The kayak features a large 1810 dry-storage hatch in the stern of the boat. This has room for additional dry bags, tackle, camping gear, life jackets, etc.

In the rear of the kayak we have the traditional bungee-cord storage system with enough room for a large cooler, tacklebox, 5-gallon bucket, or additional equipment. The stern of the vessel also features 2 additional drain plugs for easier drainage after you remove the kayak from the water.

The Ascend FS12T Sit-on-Top Kayak features 4 custom-molded rubber grip handles for comfort and ease of transportation of your kayak.
