2001 Crestliner Sport 2080

Choosing the options for our new Sport was an exercise in controlled abandon. We wanted a pontoon with Crestliner quality. You know, with touches like their sealed pontoon bulkheads, Dock-Gard bumpers and the other innovations. From there, everyone lobbied for the options they wanted. Im not sure if what we ended up with is more of a fishing or cruising pontoon. But I do know that our Sport is the perfect boat for our family. We held family meetings and wrestled over choices like fishing seats or lounge sofas. I wanted the built-in fuel tank, Herb wouldnt be talked out of his fishing options. And the kids were dead set on the AM/FM stereo cassette system. We started out looking at the 1680 but ended up with the 2080- all the more room for adding options and keeping everybody happy.
