Description
2001 Crestliner Angler 16
I fish mostly on long holidays weekends and never got used to beach style boats. Im real comfortable with an Angler.
Ive always thought bench-style fishing boats were a pain in the rear. The longer the weekend, the more Im convinced thats true. These days, I have more time to fish and the Angler is one way I can feel comfortable about doing it. These are deep and roomy boats with wide, stable beams and rugged, all-welded aluminum hulls. They offer way more than a bench boat, for about the same monthly payment. They have plush, Pro-Form fishing seats (about time somebody thought of that), larger livewell, rod locker, even a bilge pump thats standard. The raised bow deck is ready for fishing with a pedestal seat base and storage underneath. Theres even a side console model available, I checked it out and was a really impressed by the roomy cockpit. There are loads of other options available. Im guessing that now that I own an Angler, Ill find a lot more excuses to go fishing.
