HYDRA-SPORTS DEALER SCORES 100% ON CSI
SARASOTA, FL – Causeway Marine, located in Manahawkin, New Jersey scored a perfect 100% on the annual NMMA CSI survey for Hydra-Sports model year 2007. The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) is the National Marine Manufacturers Association’s (NMMA) program that is used to elevate the importance of customer satisfaction programs and recognize industry best practices in a positive manner.
Dealers are judged on customer’s satisfaction with the delivery process, the dealership personnel and overall satisfaction with the boat, the engine and the dealer. “Ted and Paul Terzian, owners, exemplify their outstanding customer service and commitment to their dealership as a top 100 dealer,” adds Randy Jernigan, Hydra-Sports Regional Sales Manager.
